The Building management System "BMS" Technology which is mainly and engineering level central control and monitoring tool that differs in service level to that offered by "Smart-Hotel" solution. BMS is considered as Macro level Control.

The BMS Technology is called generally (Hotel Control) because it controls hotel systems centrally like: Elevators, Fire alarm, Lighting, Ventilation in the Public areas mainly, Pumps, Security and CCTV, Parking Management, Central battery, and Backup generators systems etc.
